Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at support@hozora.store before the 14-day period expires. Please note: this right does not apply to used skincare devices for hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty.
